User Profile

1. Name
The Nickname will be used to identify you throughout the application.

All other details in this summary page will be initially blank. They will be populated as you enter your details in the other tabs.

 

2. Contact
Enter the respective details and click Add. When there are more than 1 entry, the default is displayed in bold.

IMPORTANT: The mobile phone number will be used to send SMS Alerts, and it has to be entered in this format
[country code] [carrier code] [mobile number]

Example: 60191234567
Malaysia [60]
Celcom [19]
Number [1234567]

DO NOT enter dot, dash or spaces.

Click OK when done



3. Access
If you are logging in with the System Administrator ID assigned by Devices World, you will have full Administrator rights. If you are a user assigned by your System Administrator, your access level set by your administrator is displayed on this tab. 
When changing your password, ensure that you are online and remember to click Submit to Server button

4. Home & Business
Enter details as required
Click when done.
